Registration Notes & Cancellation

  • Registration includes access to live sessions on Oct 18-19.
  • All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance with Nursing and Legal CEs.
  • Registrants also receive access to session recording archive.
  • All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
  • Rates above do not include a 3.5% processing fee for payments (individuals may submit payment by check to avoid the processing fee).
  • No refund for cancellation.
