Session 2: Preparing Your Clients in Sexual Harassment Claims
Presentation Objectives:
- Teaching tools for both client and attorneys: What is Sexual harassment in the workplace? Does the company have tools and training? Is there a protocol for anti-retaliation? Transforming the emotions into legal facts.
- When the stress response causes long term illness and life changing conditions: Diseases of the stress response. Proving the emotions causing stress related diseases: Timeline of health history, workman's comp evaluations, teaching the client to turn the emotions into facts.
- Clients avoidance and reluctance, becoming overwhelmed easily and how to teach the clients to overcome the conditions that may impede a lawsuit.
- How to design pamphlets, tools and techniques for both the attorney and what the attorney can give to their clients to move the client ahead in the legal process.
