Registration Notes

The early registration deadline is September 12, 2015.  Registrations after the early deadline, including seminar registrations, carry late fees. 

• All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
• Please contact the host hotel for room reservations.
• Membership for those who join at the conference will be valid until January 1, 2017.
  

Refunds due to cancellation

• Cancellations through September 12, 2015: refund 90% of registration fees.
• Beginning September 13, 2015: No refund due to cancellation.
